Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood Association

The purpose of the Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood Association (HAPNA)  is to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood, provide neighborhood support, and promote opportunities to participate in the civic life of the community.

About the board:

HAPNA Board members, elected each October, serve a one-year term. The current board members are:

About the Meetings
Monthly meetings are held at the Bethel Building (302B Tyson Ave., Paris, TN 38242) – use the Lake Street parking & entrance – on the third Tuesday of each month. From 6:30 until 7:00 p.m., have a snack & visit with your neighbors. The meetings start at 7:00 p.m. and include introductions, a guest speaker, old and new business, and upcoming events.

About the Neighborhood
Atkins Porter is a lovely, historic neighborhood in Paris, TN. The boundaries of the neighborhood are East Wood Street, Tyson Avenue and Veterans Drive.
